For what purposes do we use your personal data?
By using our website (https://www.contactcare.nl) and our services, we obtain various personal data from you. Per purpose, it is indicated which data we obtain from you, for what purpose we process this data, and how long it is stored. If you have any questions, please contact ContactCare. Requesting a quote
You can request a quote for our services. For this, we process the following personal data:
• Title
• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any information you provide as part of a request
We need this data to prepare a quote and any possible agreement. We store this data for the duration of the quotation process. That is until you indicate whether you will or will not use our services after we have sent our quote to you. If you indicate that you will use our services, we will retain the personal data for the duration of the customer relationship.
Service
ContactCare provides various customer contact services. For this, we process the following personal data:
• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Invoice details
• Invoice address
• Chamber of Commerce number
• Name and contact details of the contact person
• VAT number
We use the company data to perform the agreement. We process personal data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so: to maintain contact with the company contact person. We retain this data for the duration of the customer relationship unless the data is needed for a legal retention obligation. Some data must be retained longer to comply with our (fiscal) legal obligation. For example, we are required to keep our tax records for 7 years.
MyCare customer portal
If we provide our services to you, you will gain access to the MyCare customer portal. The customer portal allows for live 24/7 insight into usage. You can also listen back to calls. Additionally, it is possible to download invoices and view reports. For this, we process the following personal data:

• Date of birth
• Company name
• Email address
• Password
• IBAN
• VAT number
• Invoice address
• Phone number
• Visit address
• Postal address
• Debtor number
We use the company data to perform the agreement. We process personal data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so: to maintain contact with the contact person. We retain this data for the duration of the customer relationship unless the data is needed for a legal retention obligation. Some data must be retained longer to comply with our (fiscal) legal obligation. For example, we are required to keep our tax records for 7 years.
Downloads
On our website, you can download information such as brochures, checklists & tips, and whitepapers. You can also download posters and goodies. When you download something, you agree to our offer to receive information, posters, and/or goodies (execution of the agreement). For this, we process the following personal data:
• Title

• Email address
• Phone number
We do not retain this data longer than necessary to send you the information, or if we enter into an agreement with you, for the duration of the customer relationship.
Contact
When you send an email, contact us by phone, fill in our contact form, or contact us in any other way, you agree to our offer to engage with us (execution of the agreement). For this, we process the following personal data:
• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any information you provide as part of a message
We retain your data for as long as necessary for this contact or up to six months after we last had contact with you, because we want to ensure that we have handled your contact request properly. If we enter into a customer relationship with you, we retain the data for the duration of the customer relationship.
Newsletter
We send out a digital newsletter for which you can subscribe on our website. We do this only with your consent. The newsletter contains offers, tips, and information about our products and services. For this, we process the following personal data:

We retain your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Applying
Did you respond to one of our job vacancies via https://www.werkenbijcontactcare.nl or did you submit an open application? Then we process your personal data to handle your application and to prepare for possibly entering into an employment contract. For this, we process the following personal data:
• Initials
• Name
• Gender
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country
• Postal code and house number
• Availability
• Curriculum Vitae
• Cover letter
• Any other information you send with your application
We retain your application data for up to 4 weeks after the position has been filled. We retain this data so we can contact you if the position becomes vacant again during the trial period. If we cannot offer you a position at this time, we may – with your consent – retain the application data for another year. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you come to work for us, we will retain your application data in your personnel file. This file is retained as long as it is necessary and in relation to the application data for up to 2 years after starting employment.
A social media and internet search may be part of the application process. This is necessary to ensure that when hiring new staff, our image remains intact; we do this based on our legitimate interest. We search for your name on Google and your possible profile on various social medias, as far as these profiles are public; we will not ask you to give us access to a private social media page or to connect with us. The results of the investigation will be discussed with you. If you object to this, you can indicate this by email when you apply.
When can we share your personal data with third parties?
ContactCare only shares your data with third parties when this is allowed under current legislation. It may occur that we provide your personal data to third parties because:
• we have engaged them to process certain data;
• it is necessary to execute the agreement with you;
• you have given consent for this;
• we have a legitimate interest in this;
• we are legally obliged to do so (for example if required by the police in case of a suspicion of a crime).
The parties to whom we provide personal data are:

To provide this service, ContactCare may provide your personal data to parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). ContactCare only does this if there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of personal data.
We are aware of the judgment by the Court of Justice of the EU on 16 July 2020 with implications for the transfer of personal data (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/nieuws/privacy-shield-voor-doorgifte-naar-vs-ongeldig-verklaard). We are currently exploring how best to address this. We hold privacy in high regard and are doing everything we can to reach a suitable solution. ContactCare takes appropriate technical and organizational measures regarding the processing of personal data, against loss or any form of unlawful processing (such as unauthorized access, alteration, modification or provision of the personal data).

We use social media buttons on our website, which direct you to social media platforms. This gives you the option to follow us and to share content within the network. You will also encounter ads on your social media page. The buttons work because of pieces of code that originate from social media networks.
