An exhibition about the future of business
Last week we were at the Future Proof Convention. This is an event where organisations come together to work towards a future-proof way of doing business, with a strong focus on impact and responsibility.
We were located on the B Fair square, alongside fantastic B Corp brands like Crisp, Albert Heijn and BrightPensioen. It was a wonderful space where organisations that are conscious of their role within the supply chain could connect with one another.
B2B Corp in practice
Together with BrightPensioen, we chatted with various brands under the theme of B2B Corp. We focused on what it means to take responsibility for your impact as a B2B organisation, and how to translate that into concrete choices. We also shared how becoming a B Corp has truly boosted our own organisation.
These conversations went far beyond strategy; they were about real, practical action. We discussed how work is structured, how we care for our employees, and the positive choices we make for our customers and partners.
Customer contact as the moment of truth
We spoke with an incredible number of organisations about customer contact. That's no surprise, as we stood out a bit among all the NGOs and product-focused brands! Our story was all about genuine, personal customer contact and why it remains an essential part of your business strategy. Happily, many organisations agreed that great brands need outstanding customer service, and that speaking to someone personally ultimately creates a much better customer experience.
Inspiration from the speakers
Alongside our very own Jorick, who shared his insights in one of the sessions, the event featured inspiring speakers like Jan Peter Balkenende and Ben Cohen (co-founder of Ben & Jerry's). They explored future challenges from different angles, leaving us with a clear, motivating question: what role can your business play in making a positive impact on the future?
A movement in action
What these days have shown us is that there is growing momentum around how organisations embrace their responsibility – not just in words, but through the meaningful choices they make every single day.
For ContactCare, this aligns perfectly with our vision of customer contact: a place where impact, humanity, and quality come together beautifully.
